SepticExpert is a progressive, innovative company specializing in most aspects of Onsite Waste Disposal Systems, or Septic Systems. We have over 12 years experience in excavating and system installation.
When the regulations governing onsite waste disposal changed in B.C. in 2005, we looked to the future and owner Martin Sparkes became one of the first Registered Onsite Wastewater Practitioners in the Province. He is authorized to design, install and maintain type one and two septic systems. (More information can be found on system types HERE) In addition, SepticExpert works closely with several Engineers to provide design and installation of type three systems.
We enjoy the challenges that small, or difficult lots place on onsite waste disposal, and our solutions are often simpler and more cost effective than alternatives. A large part of our business is replacement systems. We do our best to reuse existing system components to provide a long lasting, cost effective solution for older homes.
